Frequently asked questions.
What materials do you use? Do they meet human-ecological wellbeing standards?
95-100% of the weft yarn used in the Vulnerability Collection is OEKO-TEX 100 and GOTS Certified Linen. Some pieces also contain approximately 2-5% natural hemp yarn, handmade by a team of artisans in Nepal. The warp yarn is 100% SAORI Cotton from Japan. The minimalist frames are made from FSC Certified Tasmanian Oak and carefully designed to minimise the use of timber and the carbon footprint of shipping.
Shop with confidence that you are making an environmentally and socially just purchase that also cares for you and your loved ones. I use materials that meet the highest standards for human health, ecological impact, and social justice in both my collections and commissions.
What is your Returns Policy?
While each piece is made with artisanal precision and loving care, if a purchase doesn’t meet your quality expectations I offer full refunds for any “Ready to Ship” piece from my collections and for commissions. If the return is due to change of mind, I offer returns within 14 days (of its arrival date), minus shipping return costs and a 20% restocking fee. In line with Australian Consumer Protection Laws, I do not hold responsibility to repair or replace damaged works of art due to misuse or lack of care.
What is your Shipping Policy?
I offer free shipping on all ready-to-ship pieces from my collections. Shipping for commissions is calculated on a case-by-case basis.
Each work of art is packed with the utmost care and attention. Please be aware that I am not responsible for any potential damage in transit and options to insure the piece are recommended (I will be in contact after purchase to discuss this prior to shipping).
